The home has an open plan ground floor design with the kitchen, dining and living spaces all having stunning ocean views and all spilling out onto the Alfresco and yard space.
The well equipped kitchen is set up to cater for the largest family getaway with new Smeg European appliances, breakfast bar with 6 bar stools, coffee pod machine and BBQ also outside.
The ground floor also has 2 queen size bedrooms and one large room with 2 bunk beds. One of the queen size rooms has a separate ensuite and sliding doors onto the Alfresco and ocean views. The other queen size room has an adjoining bathroom with the bunk room at the front of the home.
There is large open sitting area at the top of the stairs with full ocean views and flows onto the expansive balcony perfect for watching the magnificent sunsets. To the side of this is the large Master suite with amazing ocean views and large Ensuite including a spa.
It will sleep 2 families or 10 people in comfort and style and is toddler friendly with gates on the stairs and remote security gate and fencing to the front.
